Books
All three of these books are anthologies. They are a collection of stories that I am fortunate enough to be a part of. They have given me the opportunity to share my story. These are all opportunities to inspire others to hopefully do the same. Make mental health matter. Reduce the stigma and share your story. You are not alone.

The Hands They Were Dealt was curated by a friend of mine. She approached me not long after my wife died by suicide about it, and I the time I didn't feel ready. But soon realized I needed to share my story. I write about my loss the pain, and my healing journey. Every story in this book also has a detailed photographical representation of each. The visual power behind each chapter is captivating.

Triumphant is the second book I was asked to be a part of. I decided to write about a mental health crisis that my late wife had a couple of years before taking her life. I didn't know what it was at the time and I felt compelled to highlight what one may look like and encourage others to seek help when a loved one displays these behaviors.
